ThinkDrop is a very small Drupal consulting firm that provides professional services to startups, established businesses, and organizations. We help existing teams learn Drupal as we help build their projects. We research, architect and plan applications of all kinds around Drupal’s strengths and weaknesses. We focus on spreading the knowledge to our clients as opposed to providing independent development services.

General Requirements:
- Broad understanding of Drupal, its architecture, and it's applications.
- Live examples of Drupal websites and code samples.
- Demonstrates commitment to coding standards and development processes.
- Broad understanding of web technology in general.
- Open and honest about mistakes and lack of knowledge or experience.
